§ 16-21-15-2 — Affect on antitrust immunity; requirements for subsequent purchases
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 21 HOSPITALS·Ch. 15 Certificate of Public Advantage of Hospital Mergers
(a)Nothing in this chapter affects antitrust
immunity provided through any other provision of state or federal law.
(b)A hospital that has been issued a certificate of public advantage
under this chapter may not be purchased by another hospital or system
of hospitals unless the purchase has been approved by the Federal
Trade Commission.
