Text
(a)Nothing in this chapter affects antitrust
immunity provided through any other provision of state or federal law.
(b)A hospital that has been issued a certificate of public advantage
under this chapter may not be purchased by another hospital or system
of hospitals unless the purchase has been approved by the Federal
Trade Commission.
