Text
The state department may do any of the following:
(1)Change the perinatal level of care designation for a hospital or
birthing center if the state department determines that the hospital
or birthing center failed to meet the standards necessary for the
designated perinatal level of care.
(2)Investigate a complaint against a hospital or birthing center
concerning a perinatal certification.
