Text
Upon the accumulation of a sufficient amount
to construct and equip a building for the county or city health
department as provided in this chapter, the county executive or city
fiscal body may, after consultation with local health boards and officers
and after approval of plans and specifications by the state department,
provide for the construction and equipment of the building.
