§ 16-20-2-15 — Meetings; call; quorum
(a)Meetings may be called by any of the
following:
(1)The chairman.
(2)Four (4) members of the local board of health.
(3)The local health officer.
(b)A majority of the members constitutes a quorum for the
transaction of business.
