§ 16-20-1-7 — Annual report
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 20 LOCAL HEALTH DEPARTMENTS·Ch. 1 Powers and Duties of Local Health Departments
(a)The board of each local health department
shall submit to the state department an annual report for the previous
year showing the following:
(1)The amount of money received from all sources.
(2)The name of any donor.
(3)How all money has been expended and for what purpose.
(4)Other statistics and information concerning the work of the
health department that the board considers to be of general
interest.
(b)The state department shall make the annual reports described in
subsection (a) available to the public.
