§ 16-20-1-5 — Annual budget
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 20 LOCAL HEALTH DEPARTMENTS·Ch. 1 Powers and Duties of Local Health Departments
The board of each local health department shall
submit an annual budget to the county executive, county fiscal body,
and city fiscal body concerned with approval of the budget at the
regular time for consideration of annual budgets.
