§ 16-19-3-17 — Hearings; agent or representative of department

Whenever a hearing is provided for or
authorized to be held by the state department, the state department may
request that the office of administrative law proceedings designate a
person as the state department's agent or representative to administer
the proceeding. The agent or representative selected by the office of
administrative law proceedings shall administer the proceeding in the
manner provided by law.
