§ 16-19-14-2 — "Minority"
As used in this chapter, "minority" means an individual identified as any of the following:
(1)Black or African-American.
(2)Hispanic or Latino.
(3)Asian.
(4)American Indian.
(5)Alaska Native.
(6)Native Hawaiian and other Pacific Islander.
