Text
(a)Except as provided in subsection (b), the
state department shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to carry out this
chapter.
(b)The state department may not adopt a rule that restricts a
person's access to health data unless the right to inspect and copy that
health data is specifically restricted by statute.
