§ 16-19-10-2 — Health data defined

As used in this chapter, "health data" means
information on the following:
(1) A person's:
(A) health status;
(B) ethnicity; and
(C) gender.
(2) The cost, availability, and use of health resources and
services.
The term includes vital statistics and vital records as described in this
title.
