§ 16-18-4-1 — Applicability
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 18 GENERAL PROVISIONS AND DEFINITIONS·Ch. 4 Hospital Police Departments
This chapter applies to the following:
(1)A hospital licensed under IC 16-21-2 that is established and
operated under IC 16-22-2, IC 16-22-8, or IC 16-23.
(2)A hospital licensed under IC 16-21-2 that is not:
(A)a unit of state or local government; or
(B)owned or operated by a unit of state or local government.
(3)A health system.
