Text
5."Crime of domestic or sexual violence"
means a sex offense (as defined in IC 11-8-8-5.2) or a crime of
domestic violence (as defined in IC 35-31.5-2-78). The term includes
a delinquent act that would be a sex offense or a crime of domestic
violence if committed by an adult.
