§ 16-18-2-75 — "Contaminated with filth"

"Contaminated with filth", for purposes of IC 16-42-1 through IC 16-42-4, applies to a food, drug, device, or cosmetic not securely protected from dust, dirt, and as far as necessary by all reasonable means, from all foreign or injurious contaminations.
