§ 16-18-2-366 — "Vital statistics"
"Vital statistics" includes the following:
(1)Factual data concerning births, deaths, and stillbirths and
relevant personal, medical, and social data.
(2)The registration, preparation, transcription, collection,
compilation, and preservation of that data.
