3.
(a)"Target housing", for purposes of
lead-based paint activities and IC 16-41-39.8, means housing
constructed before January 1, 1978.
(b)The term does not include the following:
(1)Housing for the elderly or individuals with disabilities that is
not occupied by or expected to be occupied by a child of not more
than six (6) years of age.
(2)A building without a bedroom.
