Effective 9-1-2025.
Sec. 344.2. "Supervised practicum", for purposes
of IC 16-27.5, means training in a health care setting in which a
qualified medication aide student demonstrates competency while
dispensing and distributing medications and administering treatments
under the direct supervision of a registered nurse or a licensed practical
nurse.
