(a) "State department" refers to the
department established by IC 16-19-1-1.
(b) For purposes of IC 16-42-1 through IC 16-42-4, the term means
the Indiana state board of animal health when impounding or disposing
of adulterated or misbranded products under IC 15-17-5 and IC 15-18-1.
