Text
7. "Rape or incest", for purposes of IC 16-34, means:
(1)sexual intercourse with another person if the other person is
related to the person biologically as a parent, child, grandparent,
grandchild, sibling, aunt, uncle, niece, or nephew;
(2)rape (IC 35-42-4-1);
(3)child molesting (IC 35-42-4-3);
(4)child seduction (IC 35-42-4-7); or
(5)sexual misconduct with a minor (IC 35-42-4-9);
even if a person has not been charged with or convicted of the act or
offense. The term includes a delinquent act described in subdivisions
(2)through (5) that would be a crime if committed by an adult.
