§ 16-18-2-301 — "Publish"; "published"; "cause to be published"
"Publish" or "published" or "cause to be
published", for purposes of IC 16-22, means publication of notice in an
appropriate publication in accordance with IC 5-3-1, unless otherwise
specified.
