§ 16-18-2-30 — "Authority"
"Authority" refers to the following:
(1)For purposes of IC 16-22-6, the authority created under IC 16-22-6-2.
(2)For purposes of IC 16-22-7, the authority created under IC 16-22-7-5.
(3)For purposes of IC 16-22:
(A)the authority created under IC 16-22-6-2; or
(B)the county building authority provided for in IC 36-9-13.
