Text
"Pregnant woman", for purposes of IC 16-26, means an individual of any age who:
(1)has been a resident of Indiana continuously for at least sixty
(60)days before her pregnancy;
(2)has verified her pregnancy and intends to carry her pregnancy
to term or has given birth to a child; and
(3)is in need of assistance and temporary residence.
