1.
(a)"Physician assistant last in
attendance" means the individual who pronounced the time of death for
a deceased individual.
(b)For purposes of IC 16-37-3, the term includes an individual who
holds a license under IC 25-27.5 and is practicing as a physician
assistant under a collaborative agreement that meets the requirements
of IC 25-27.5-5-3.
