§ 16-18-2-266 — "Paramedic"

Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 18 GENERAL PROVISIONS AND DEFINITIONS·Ch. 2 Definitions
"Paramedic", for purposes of IC 16-31, means an individual who is certified under the IC 16-31-3-2 Indiana emergency medical services commission standards for paramedic licensure. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-1-40-1(c).]
