6. For purposes of IC 16-19-3:
(1)"NSF/ANSI 40" refers to the standard of the American
National Standards Institute and NSF International that
establishes minimum:
(A)materials requirements;
(B)design requirements;
(C)construction requirements; and
(D)performance requirements;
for residential wastewater treatment systems;
(2)"NSF/ANSI 245" refers to the standard of the American
National Standards Institute and NSF International that
establishes total nitrogen reduction requirements for residential
wastewater treatment systems with rated capacities of at least four
hundred (400) but not more than one thousand five hundred
(1,500) gallons per day; and
(3)"NSF/ANSI 350" refers to the standard of the American
National Standards Institute and NSF International that
establishes material,
