Text
6. "Mental health facility", for purposes of IC 16-31, means the following:
(1)A certified community behavioral health clinic (as defined in
IC 12-15-1.3-25(a)).
(2)A community mental health center (as defined in IC 12-7-2-38) certified under IC 12-21-2-3(5)(C).
