Text
(a)"Maternity home", for purposes of IC 16-26, means a public or private facility that provides food and
temporary residence to at least one (1) pregnant woman during the
pregnancy and not more than one hundred eighty (180) days after
childbirth.
(b)The term does not include a hospital licensed under IC 16-21-2.
