§ 16-18-2-198 — "Labeling"
"Labeling", for purposes of IC 16-42-1 through IC 16-42-4, means all labels and other written, printed, or graphic matter:
(1)upon any article or any of the containers or wrappers; or
(2)accompanying the article.
