§ 16-18-2-192 — "Intrastate commerce"
(a)"Intrastate commerce", for purposes of
IC 16-42-1 through IC 16-42-4, means any and all commerce within
Indiana and subject to the jurisdiction of the state.
(b)The term includes the operation of a business or service
establishment.
