Indiana Statutes
§ 16-18-2-13 — "Ambulance"
"Ambulance", for purposes of IC 16-31, means a conveyance on:
(1)land;
(2)sea; or
(3)air;
that is used or is intended to be used for the purpose of responding to
emergency life-threatening situations and providing emergency
transportation service.
