(a)"Facility", for purposes of IC 16-28-2-12, has the meaning set forth in IC 16-28-2-12(a).
(b)"Facility", for purposes of IC 16-28-6.5, has the meaning set
forth in IC 16-28-6.5-1.
(c)"Facility", for purposes of IC 16-41-11, has the meaning set forth
in IC 16-41-11-2.
