Text
(a)"Executive director", for purposes of
IC 16-22, except as provided in subsection (b), means the chief
administrative officer, president, or other individual appointed under
IC 16-22-3-8.
(b)"Executive director", for purposes of IC 16-22-8 and IC 16-41-7.5, means the executive director of the health and hospital
corporation appointed under IC 16-22-8-27.
