§ 16-18-2-120 — "Executive board"
(a)"Executive board", except as provided
in subsection (b), refers to the executive board of the Indiana
department of health.
(b)"Executive board", for purposes of IC 16-23.5, has the meaning
set forth in IC 16-23.5-1-7.
