§ 16-18-2-12 — "Alcohol and drug abuse records"
"Alcohol and drug abuse records", for
purposes of IC 16-39, means recorded or unrecorded information
concerning the diagnosis, treatment, or prognosis of a patient receiving
alcohol or drug abuse treatment services.
