Text
2. "Environmental investigation" means an identification and evaluation of lead hazards from nonstructural sources in a child's environment. The term includes the following:
(1)Presentation of results of the identification and evaluation,
including recommendations for reducing or eliminating exposure.
(2)Education of the child's family concerning:
(A)lead hazards found; and
(B)temporary and permanent measures to protect the child
from further exposure.
