§ 15-21-2-2 — Notice to the public
Indiana·Art. 21 COMMERCIAL DOG BREEDER REGULATION·Ch. 2 Commercial Dog Broker and Commercial Dog Breeder
A person who:
(1)is registered as a commercial dog breeder; and
(2)operates a commercial dog breeder operation;
shall indicate that the person is registered as a commercial dog breeder
in a place clearly visible to the public.
