§ 15-19-7-6 — "Drug"
As used in this chapter, "drug" means:
(1)an article intended for use in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation,
treatment, or prevention of disease in animals other than humans;
or
(2)an article other than feed intended to affect the structure or
any function of the animal body.
