Text

(a)The state chemist may refuse to issue a license to any manufacturer or distributor who is not in compliance with this chapter.
(b)The state chemist may revoke or suspend a commercial feed license that is not in compliance with this chapter.
(c)The state chemist may place conditions that limit production or distribution of a particular commercial feed on any person who is not in compliance with this chapter.
(d)A license may not be conditionalized, suspended, refused, or revoked unless the applicant or licensee has been given an opportunity to be heard before the state chemist. [Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-5-13-5.]
