§ 15-19-7-18 — "Specialty pet"

As used in this chapter, "specialty pet" means a domesticated animal normally maintained in a cage or tank, including a gerbil, hamster, bird, fish, snake, and turtle. [Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-5-13-1(19).]
