Text
5.As used in this chapter "raw milk" means
any milk or milk product, including butter, yogurt, cottage cheese, and
cheese, from any species other than humans, that has not been
pasteurized according to processes recognized by the United States
Food and Drug Administration. The term does not include United
States Department of Agriculture approved veterinary biologics.
