§ 15-19-6-21 — Sale of livestock with destroyed or altered brand

Indiana·Art. 19 LIVESTOCK·Ch. 6 Livestock Brands
A person who knowingly sells or offers for sale livestock whose brand has been destroyed or altered for the purpose of concealing the identity of the owner of that livestock commits a Level 5 felony. [Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-5-14-14(c).]
