§ 15-19-6-20 — Destruction or alteration of a brand on livestock

A person who knowingly destroys or alters a brand recorded with the board from livestock to conceal the identity of the owner of that livestock commits a Level 5 felony. [Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-5-14-14(b).]
