§ 15-19-6-19 — Unauthorized application of a brand

Indiana·Art. 19 LIVESTOCK·Ch. 6 Livestock Brands
A person who, without permission of the owner, knowingly or intentionally applies a brand to livestock for the purpose of transferring ownership of that livestock commits a Level 5 felony. [Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-5-14-14(a).]
