Text

A person who:

(1)knowingly removes or damages any identification attached to a racing pigeon, homer, racing homer, or homing pigeon; and
(2)is not the owner of the pigeon; commits a Class C infraction. [Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-5-15-2.]
