§ 15-19-4-2 — Removing or damaging identification; offense

Indiana·Art. 19 LIVESTOCK·Ch. 4 Racing Pigeons

A person who:

(1)knowingly removes or damages any identification attached to a racing pigeon, homer, racing homer, or homing pigeon; and
(2)is not the owner of the pigeon; commits a Class C infraction. [Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-5-15-2.]
