§ 15-19-4-1 — Trapping, killing, or injuring; offense
A person who:
(1)traps, detains, injures, or kills a pigeon, knowing that the
pigeon is a racing pigeon, homer, racing homer, or homing
pigeon; and
(2)is not the owner of the pigeon;
commits a Class C infraction.
