Text

(a)A person who knowingly, intentionally, or recklessly conducts or participates in a race not authorized under this section commits a Class B misdemeanor.
(b)A person may conduct a race only after April 14 and before November 16. A person may conduct races during not more than three
(3)race meetings a year, each of which may last not more than fifteen
(15)days. A person may not begin the second race meeting less than thirty (30) days after the first, or the third race meeting less than thirty
