§ 15-19-3-3 — "Race"

Indiana·Art. 19 LIVESTOCK·Ch. 3 Regulation of Horse Racing

As used in this chapter, "race" means:

(1)a speed trial for a horse; or
(2)a contest in which horses run, gallop, pace, or trot; that is conducted either in the presence of at least fifty (50) persons or after there has been public notice that it would occur. [Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-5-5.2-1 part.]
