§ 15-19-2-9 — Division of money
All money that is disbursed as prescribed in section 8 of this chapter must be divided so that of all the money dispensed in any one (1) year:
(1)at least sixty percent (60%) is supplemented for use in
prescribed programs of county and 4-H fairs; and
(2)not more than forty percent (40%) is used to supplement
purses at the Indiana state fair.
