§ 15-19-2-6 — Quarterly and special meetings
The board shall meet quarterly and at other
times as the members consider necessary. Special meetings may be
called by the chairperson or at the written request of at least four (4)
members after presenting the written request to the secretary. Members
must receive at least ten (10) days notice before any meeting.
