§ 15-18-5-25 — Remittance of assessment to board
A producer shall remit the assessment required under section 24 of this chapter to the board:
(1)not later than the last day of the month following the month in
which the milk is commercially used; and
(2)together with a report in a form approved by the board
detailing all assessments collected and remitted under this
chapter.
