§ 15-18-5-11 — Nominations to board
(a)Not later than thirty (30) days after
receiving a notice from the board under section 10 of this chapter, a
producer or group of producers entitled to representation on the board
may submit nominations to the board for board members.
(b)A producer or group of producers may submit two (2)
nominations for each board member to which the producer or group of
producers is entitled.
